Thank you this was very informative! I also love the tips and hints on finding the thread ends and keeping the skeins from getting knotted. I have spent many hours untangling various skeins of thread and yarn 🧶 nice to know how to avoid that.

Looking good Daniela ! This video should be on the list of most helpful videos for family and friends and patient when it comes to cancer treatment ! You describe this so well :) Chemo brain..so true so true, combined with menopause brain , ... I wrote everything down, meds, treatments, appointments, what I did, plus the fun activites such as block of the months and other quilty/crafty stuff I did. Was it last week of just a few days ago ? This sure helped. My cancer info binder is fuller from the added calender pages . One thing I couldn't do that I used to do was listen to youtube while sewing/creating. It's been two years since my last chemo . I still sew in " silence" :) I'm distracted enough by the creative thoughts in my head :) Thank you for taking the time and energy to make this video !

Hi Daniela so good to see you and so pleased you are doing so well. I experienced chemo brain, the fog and not being able to make decisions. I was asked to make a draw string bag for a friend and I had made quite a few in the past, I just couldn't remember how to make the channel for the cord to go through a very simple thing to do, thank goodness for UA-cam. Also had to reacquaint myself to my sewing room trying to remember were things were. Just takes time and listening to your bodies needs, rest and being kind to yourself. Thankyou for sharing your cancer journey I am sure positively that you have helped a lot of people. Again so good to see you and you are looking fantastic. Take care ❤

Chemotherapy drugs can cause THIAMINE (Vitamin B1) deficiency. A form of Thiamine called TTFD tetrahydroxyfurfuryl disulfide is very helpful in restoring brain function. I take TTFD everyday. Please try it. It makes all the difference in the world!
